KRAFTON is gearing up to bring a darker new chapter to BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA with the upcoming BGMI 4.6 update.

The next major BGMI update is set to arrive on September 16, with the Bloodline Awakening theme taking centre stage.

The new experience introduces a darker, supernatural atmosphere to the battlegrounds, with gothic visuals, mysterious environments and a vampire-inspired setting that gives the game a very different look from its traditional battle-royale aesthetic.

🩸 Bloodline Awakening

The Bloodline Awakening experience is expected to be one of the major highlights of the 4.6 update. Players can look forward to a new themed environment and gameplay experience built around the update's darker setting.

The visual direction features a blood-red moon, gothic architecture, bats and dark battlefield elements — creating a completely different atmosphere for BGMI players.

📅 When is BGMI 4.6 releasing?

September 16 is the key date for BGMI players.

The update is expected to roll out progressively, with availability potentially varying by platform and region.

🎮 What to expect

While the update's full content should be explored through KRAFTON's official announcements and in-game rollout, Bloodline Awakening is positioned as the major theme of this update.

For Indian BGMI fans, the update could become one of the most visually distinctive seasonal experiences yet.

Editorial note: I’d recommend publishing the exact release date/content only after matching it against KRAFTON/BGMI’s official announcement, because I could not retrieve a current official BGMI 4.6 announcement from the web search just now.
